Terms and conditions

“Bratya” is the place where one can have a rest, but should remember some regulations. To take part in the festival, please read terms and conditions:

1. Registration.
Fill in the application form which you can find below, send it to the required address and get confirmation. Contact with a coordinator in your region and make payment (see contacts).

In case you are not able to make payment or contact with your coordinator, please contact with the organizing committee fest05@mail.ru.

2. Making payment.
Payment for all the participants of the festival is fixed and does not depend on days spent at the festival. Clergymen can participate for free. Here are possible ways of payment (rubles):
“Generous” – 4500 (4000 arrangement fee + 500 charitable fee)
“Usual” – 4000 (arrangement fee)
“Ascetic” – 1000 (no meals or guided tours, making fires or leaving the camp is prohibited)

Every participant can make a bigger payment if he/she wishes as a donation. Welfare beneficiaries are able to participate for free. Participants from distant regions of Russia can count on some discount if they need. In case you want to buy souvenirs, pocket money is worth taking, too.

Attention!! The last day of recording is July, 5th. In case you missed the deadline, you should pay 1000 rubles more.

3. Guided tours.

4. Dress code.
Should be Christian like. Cutaway shoulder dresses and mini-skirts or shorts are not allowed to wear. In case of cool evenings or rains it’s better to take some warm clothes and raincoats.

5. Meeting on arrival.
At the day of official arrival all the participants will be met at the Mozhaisk railway station by volunteers. For those who will come by themselves a location map is attached below explaining how to reach us.

6. For non-Russian citizens under the age of 18 years it is necessary to have a notarized statement of the consent from their parents (guardians) letting them go overseas together with an indication of duration of the trip and a country that they are going to visit (Russian Federation). A letter of authority is confirmed on the attendant who has reached the age of 18 years.

7. Approximate age limit is 15 – 35 years.

8. At the festival strictly prohibited:
- alcohol drinking (up to expulsion from the festival)
- smoking at the territory of the festival (for smokers there will be a smoking room)
- leaving the camp without permission
- making fires at the territory of the festival

9. It is better not to take your pets to the festival.

10. Taking little kids is not blessed, too. Though, exceptions are possible (contact the organizing committee).

When you send the application form, you automatically prove your compliance with terms and conditions of “Bratya”. Trespassers will be punished up to expulsion from the festival.
